Transforming Valórate's social media was key to connecting with new audiences and strengthening their community. We started with largely inactive profiles, with flat and directionless content. Based on the brand strategy, we defined clear communication pillars and began generating emotional, educational, and valuable content. We created pieces that not only inform but also provide support, tips, resources, and facts that help parents, teachers, and family members understand and manage ADHD, even if they don't have direct access to the foundation's programs. We also launched a closed Facebook group for teachers, which now functions as a network for support and learning. This work has led to sustained growth in followers, engagement, and reach, and most importantly, it has allowed the cause to gain visibility and empathy in key spaces. Today, Valórate's social media reflects its purpose, speaks with clarity and emotion, and plays an active role in its impact strategy.
