Going through the Foundations process with the team was a deeply valuable experience for us. What is The Foundations: NGO Focus all about?

Over four sessions, we immerse ourselves in your organization through collaborative workshops, capturing your ideas and vision to create a cohesive communication strategy and a detailed action plan that allows you to achieve your goals.

A creative session that explores archetypes, based on Carl Jung’s Theory of Personality, to define your NGO’s DNA, aligned with its mission and values.

An in-depth session to identify and understand the different profiles or stakeholder groups that your NGO interacts with, to create effective and tailored communication.

A session that explores your NGO’s offering and finds ways to add value to your audiences, using design thinking to create tailored programs.

In the final session, we review your NGO’s operational structure and assess the efficiency of internal communication to strengthen collaboration and alignment across all levels.

Timeline

Foundations last about 2 months. During the first month, we focus on deeply understanding your company, and we finish the second month with your communication strategy and a detailed action plan reflecting on all we’ve done during the sessions.
