We proposed a new business idea: to unify their three complementary companies under a single name: Forseas Group. From there, Sal & Picciotto developed a comprehensive positioning strategy that reflects their experience, close customer relationships, and a forward-looking vision ready to stand out in the digital age.

Forseas Group started as three distinct brands, each with its history but no clear direction or shared strategy. The challenge was to consolidate these brands under a single name and create an identity that reflected over 50 years of experience in Panama's maritime industry. At Sal & Picciotto, we worked to build a strategic vision that connected the values and expertise of each company within the group, transforming them into a solid, coherent business proposition. Beyond simply unifying the brand, we crafted a narrative that positioned Forseas not just as a maritime industry leader but as a trustworthy, customer-focused, and forward-thinking partner. The outcome was a brand ready to tackle the challenges of the modern industry and make a substantial impact in the digital world.
